Still with complexities comes a degree of protection for those involved in the engineering and development of the area. So I wonder who is responsible for the current poor planning and design of West Thamesmead and lack of infrastructure and services? I suspect none would own up ;); 2:44 pm

Anonymous said...: Does anyone have a thesis about this? I mean whether these conflicts of interest might have been abused? And if so why? I notice from its literature that Tilfen had some goal to double net assets to £100m in a short time. Was this a way to raise council revenue that went wrong?; 7:21 pm
